ANGER.....DANGER!!! 

What is anger? Why do people get angry?

Anger is just another state of mind. We expect something from somebody, if they do not satisfy our expectation then we get angry on them...it's this simple....Expectation is the root cause of everything...

Then should I not expect anything? Of course you can....
But you should be prepared to accept all kinds of situations in life. If our expectations are not fulfilled, big deal...Just move on...you don't have all life to get angry, waste your energy on....

Everybody gets angry at certain point of time...Its how well you can tackle with your own anger and others that matter...Getting angry, being short tempered are just another signs of low self confidence. Anger is just another mask that is worn in case where the person is not able to deal with a situation...

How to reduce your anger?
Simple....reduce your expectation...automatically you would be prepared for all kinds of situations thus leaving a little chance to get irritated and angry.

How to tackle a person's anger?
The only way out is to keep mum....Silence is the best solution in such cases...The person may yell at you, irritate you...but you try to be in your own control and be calm, composed and quiet...it increases you r energy. Because in anger, a person utters words which they may not mean but definitely hurting...Keeping quiet is a matured way of dealing anger....

So stop getting angry....be happy...:)
